Meal Reservations
Registration fees include a continental breakfast, available to all in the lobby of the Bergamo Center.
In addition, attendees may purchase any of the following meals (Thursday through Saturday):
- Country Breakfast – $7.00
(differs from free continental breakfast) - Chef’s Luncheon – $8.50
- Conference Dinner – $11.00
Room Reservations
The Pre-Conference institutes will be on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday this year.
Conference registration opens Thursday morning, and the first keynote address will be held on Thursday night.

At this time, rooms are no longer available at the Bergamo Center. Please consider booking accommodations at one of several alternative hotels in the surrounding area.
Ground transportation
Ground transportation is available from the Dayton International Airport to the Bergamo Center. Attendees may make arrangements prior to arriving or upon arrival at the airport. Shuttle services are located near the entrance to the airport and to your right as you leave the escalator, and taxi booths are located in front of the terminal.
- Cab fare one way is approximately $40
- Shared shuttle rides are less than $20 per person.
