Meal Reservations

Registration fees include a continental breakfast, available to all in the lobby of the Bergamo Center.

In addition, attendees may purchase any of the following meals:

  • Country Breakfast – $7.00
    Available Wednesday-Saturday
    (differs from free continental breakfast)
  • Chef’s Luncheon – $8.50
    Available Wednesday-Saturday
  • Conference Dinner – $11.00
    Available Wednesday-Saturday

Room Reservations

The conference includes an opening session on Thursday morning, and the first keynote address will be held on Thursday night.

Additionally, this year we are offering pre-conference institutes all day Wednesday (separate registration required).

A limited number of rooms are available at the Bergamo Center for use by conference attendees from Tuesday through Saturday night. Alternative hotels are available in the area once the Bergamo Center fills up.

  • Single rooms (one twin bed) $60/night
  • Double rooms (two twin beds) $85/night

Reserve a Room

Ground transportation

Ground transportation is available from the Dayton International Airport to the Bergamo Center. Attendees may make arrangements prior to arriving or upon arrival at the airport. Shuttle services are located near the entrance to the airport and to your right as you leave the escalator, and taxi booths are located in front of the terminal.
  • Cab fare one way is approximately $40
  • Shared shuttle rides are less than $20 per person.
