May I cancel a prepaid conference registration or room/meal reservation?
Yes, provided you meet the following criteria:
- Conference registration cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
- Room/meal reservation cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference.
- You have paid via PayPal.

NOTE: A small processing fee will be deducted from any refund request made greater than 60 days from original purchase in order to cover PayPal fees.
