How can I check if I have already registered or reserved room and meals?

You should receive an email confirmation from JCT Shop when you place an order.

Alternatively, your order history is preserved in the JCT Shop.

To access this order history:

  1. Go to:
  2. Click "Login" in the to right corner.
  3. Under "Returning Customers" type in your email address and password. (or ask for a password reminder if you cannot remember)
  4. Once logged in, click "My Account" in the top right corner.
  5. Click "Details" to see more information about a particular order, including details of what was ordered.
