How can I determine if you received my payment by check/money order?

You should receive an email confirmation from JCT Shop once your check has been received.

Alternatively, you may login to your account and check status of your order.

Your order history is preserved in the JCT Shop.

To access this order history:

  1. Go to:
  2. Click "Login" in the to right corner.
  3. Under "Returning Customers" type in your email address and password. (or ask for a password reminder if you cannot remember)
  4. Once logged in, click "My Account" in the top right corner.
  5. Recent orders will display in a table. The status column should show completed or processing.
  6. Click "Details" to see full history of a particular order, including when status changes occur.
